Dear Sir,
I logged a complaint in regards to my internet broadband connection hence there was no response from the service provider.
Whenever I call they told me that they are looking into this but it has been more then 3 days I’ve been waiting for someone to come and resolve this.
Furthermore, I had to apply leave so the person might come base on the customer care info.
I would like to this to be taken seriously on any ground as I’ve never been a late payee nor did I ever complaint on this.
My complaint number which Airtel had given :-
Service request number : 14131462
